On March 6, 2010, Mr.Phaithoon Kaeothong, Minister of Labour (MOL), with the Ministry of Labour Executives met businessmen from the International Chamber of Commerce at Kromadit Building, New Petchburi Road to share ideas and obstacles of investment in Thailand, as well as provide guidance to these entrepreneurs. Additionally, those offer the guidance of "Ministry of Labour is available for foreign private investment”, which illustrate the MOL’s preparedness of the Departments of Labour, namely, the Department of Employment, the Department of Skill Development, the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, and the Social Security Office, to develop personnel in order to be readily entered the invested workplace business and the law to fairly protect both employers and employees.
