Minister of Labour opened Bangchak Service Center (Green Wash The Premium)

Minister of Labour opened the Bangchak Service Center also know as “Green Wash The Premium” to create jobs for the graduates from the training course in car care service organized by MOL Department of Skill Development (DSD) in order to upgrade the car washing service quality by using the modern procedures and equipments to reduce global warming at the Bangchak Pump Station, Ekamai-Ramintra 4 branch.
          Mr.Phaithoon Kaeothong, Minister of Labour,
stated that the opening of Bangchak Service Center (Green Wash The Premium) was successfully originated from the good cooperation from MOL by DSD, Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited, and Pangrum Retail Company Limited on the training of car care operators to have premium quality and ability to provide services. It was such a good example to show the benefit of skill development training toward car care service operators, and it could lead to the skill-based pay program which MOL had encouraged and strived to change the attitude of the employers and employees to realize the importance of skill development and payment based on actual worker’s competency regardless of the annual minimum wages. Besides, the car washing procedure, which was newly introduced in the training, was focused on the energy saving also known as “Green Wash”, which would contribute to global warming reduction by minimizing the amount of water, electricity, waste, and garbage. It was considered as the example of working by innovation which is the new way of thinking to look forward like the new generations that the authority should provide support and use as a good example.
