DLPW summarized the associate judge election problems in the Central Labor Court.

                Mr. Somchai Wongthong, Deputy Director-General of Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, opened and chaired the workshop at the Windsor Switch Hotel, Bangkok on February 4, 2553. The objective of the workshop was to summarize obstacles and to approach the problems in the election of representatives of the employers and the employees in order to appoint the associate judge in the Central Labor Court. Moreover, the outcome would be a guideline of how to obtain employers' and employees' representatives in tripartite commission.
