MOL prepares to arrange the International Woman Day

                    Mr.Somkiat Chayasriwong, Deputy Permanent Secretary, reveals that since the United Nation marked 8th March of every year as International Woman Day. He emphasizes on the important role of woman in enhancing society. Therefore, he persuades all country around the world to commemorate for woman. Ministry of Labour by Department of Labour Protection and Welfare arranges the campaign to promote woman’s equity rights which has been implemented since 1995 with an aim to promote the society to recognize the important of woman’s role in national economic and social development. In 2010, MOL will arrange the event of International Woman Day on 8th March 2010. In this regard, MOL invited Her Royal Highness Princess Srirasm,Royal Consort to His Royal Highness Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn to preside over the granting ceremony for the best work 2010 under the concept of decent work at MOL. Besides, there will be exhibition, shows, bargain sale and other activities.
