Thai workers in Jizan are safe from battle near border of Saudi Arabia

                    As the battle between Saudi Arabia forces and the Yemen rebel near the border of Southern Saudi Arabia province adjacent to Northern Yemen since last week, the rebel pounded the border of Saudi Araia. Saudi forces bombed Yemen rebel causing a huge number of deaths and wounded and  Recently on 12 November 2009, Saudi troops has been continually bombing 150 into the border area of Yenmen.
                   According to this battle situation, Riyadh Office of Labour views that the battle remains limited in Yemen’s territory. The Saudi troops can still hold up the battle in Saudi Arabia. However, Riyadh Office of labour contacted Thai volunteer workers and Thai workers in Jizan in which its area adjacent to Yemen to inquire about the impact of this battle and security of insured people. It was reported that non of Thai workers effected from this battle because most of them have been working in Jizan farther away from the battle. However, there has been bombing sporadically.  Currently, there are approximately 10 people of  Thai workers in Jizan working in Jizan, all of them have good moral support and work as normal.
                  Therefore, Riyard Labour Office would like to ask Thai workers in Saudi Arabia to feel relieved since all of Thai worker remains safe.
